Staying Healthy


Many people worldwide are overweight it by bad eating habits developed during their lives, some negative factors which can´t be controlled are age, family history, gender, social influences are so many diets and perform operations. But changing bad habits and have an active life doing activities like walking, running or just clean the house or working in the garden are activities that require effort and help physically.

It is the responsibility of the person eating the fat-free foods which becomes a big problem for the lack of usual, just making changes can prevent diseases that we can eventually cause irreversible consequences.
